Who we are.
Chef Dan believes in cooking with the freshest ingredients available, and finds reward in making all of his clients happy with the meals he creates. When he is not in the kitchen he still likes to stay busy. Dan enjoys working on his house, taking care of his yard, and playing golf.
Outside of work, her absolute favorite thing to do is to spend time with her family and friends – maybe even over a glass of wine. When she finds the time, Liz hopes to finish watching her movie collection, catch up on some great TV shows, travel the world, and read all of the books that are collecting dust in her library.
Now Plating is a division of our parent company, The Wandering Gourmet. After cooking for 16 years, we knew we needed to offer our meal preparation services to even more hungry people.
Each week Now Plating features unique meals, baked goods, soups and salads. Options range from modern classics to dishes from Mexico to China and everywhere in between.
Now Plating is great for individuals who do not have time to cook, do not like to or cannot cook and for those who just want a break. Our services are ideal for young professionals, busy families and retirees.
Now Plating allows you to take dinner off your to-do list. You create your menu, we do the shopping, cooking and delivering - right to your doorstep. Our service provides you time for the more important things in life.
