Everyone in the kitchen here at Now Plating loves this tilapia dish. Toasted and crushed almonds encrust a fillet of tilapia. The fish is pan sautéed and then finished in the oven. It is served with a Caribbean BBQ sauce made up of orange marmalade, fresh ginger, minced jalapeno, butter and lime juice. We love the tanginess of this BBQ sauce paired with a milk whitefish such as tilapia. The fish is paired with an aromatic yellow rice made with rice, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves and chicken stock. You will defiantly feel like you are having dinner on the beach with this meal.
